The staff was terrific and very friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for our college visit at the nearby university, as it was right by Pitt's Cathedral of Learning and close to the attractions we were visiting. The room service breakfast for two was also affordable and tasty. Additionally, the hotel had convenient amenities like water bottles and coffee makers in the rooms.

I had a great time at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, making my stay comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to the attractions we were visiting. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bartender named Donald. He provided us with useful information about nearby sites and offered excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, particularly Melvin, Sean, and Henry, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. They went above and beyond to assist with transportation and offered great suggestions for activities in the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved. The location was ideal, with easy access to the attractions we were visiting, such as the Cathedral of Learning and the Carnegie museums. Plus, the hotel provided a free shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, which made exploring nearby restaurants and shops a breeze.
