The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were exceptional. We loved the old gym turned common area with fun activities like ping pong and a photo booth. The location was quieter and simplistic, perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcome and ensuring all our needs were met.

The beautifully styled hotel, which used to be a YMCA, had a meticulously thought through design. The amenities, including the soap and haircare products, were top-notch. The on-site restaurant, The Whitfield, was fantastic, and we dined there multiple times. The location was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We also loved the quiet and private rooms, with special touches like premixed cocktails in the mini fridge.
